GlassFlow Company Project

| Responsible for translating complex data flows into a clear visual language to improve communication and usability.

About the company:

Glassflow is a data management platform that simplifies data pipeline workflows for small and large companies, providing an alternative to more complex systems like Apache Kafka. The platform doesn’t require highly specialized IT teams to manage it, making it an attractive option for companies of all sizes.

Problem:

The company needed a website to attract investors and demonstrate the key advantages of its platform in an engaging and visually appealing way

My role:

I was responsible for developing the visual concept of the website, including animated icons, the main illustration, and a redesign of the logo. The client had an existing logo and wanted to keep the original colors, but I suggested a slight redesign to make it more modern while preserving its original color scheme.

Solution:

My goal was to visually communicate the platform’s core benefits, such as zero downtime, data reliability, and automatic scaling. I created a set of easy-to-understand animated icons and a main illustration that clearly showed these advantages. Additionally, I updated the logo, making it more contemporary and in line with the overall modern design.

Process:

The process started with market research and analyzing feedback from users of competing platforms like Apache Kafka to identify the main selling points of Glassflow. I then created sketches and concepts for each icon, carefully developing their meaning and visual presentation. For each icon, I wrote a concept and determined the animation sequence to effectively communicate the platform’s benefits. In the final step, I integrated these elements into a cohesive visual concept that made the website both informative and engaging.

Result:

The website not only attracted investors but also helped the company move forward by launching a more sophisticated and high-budget site to secure larger investments. The updated logo and well-executed visuals contributed to the company’s growth and success.
